Anna's gets 5 stars from me. In fact, I'd give them 6 if I could. My girlfriend and I are separated by 4 states and lead busy lives so I have to count on Orlando area florists to deliver her gifts, from me, on special occasions and have had underwhelming results, thus far. Yesterday, however, was her birthday and Anna's made me look like a superstar and for that, I am eternally grateful and will be using them from now on. The lillies and roses in her arrangement were, apparently, beautiful, aromatic, & arranged perfectly. My lady was so impressed, stating "they went above and beyond" to make everything perfect. Trust me, this is not an easily impressed woman. To illustrate the level of attention to detail, I made up a silly little "roses are red" poem for the card and Anna's called me to suggest adding red roses to the bouquet at no upcharge. Wow. Thank you, Anna's. I will definitely be using you guys again.
